comfortable king wide selection attentive restaurant not refilled mini bar dated gym equipment faulty remote
the room was super clean. it had a really comfortable king bed and climate control worked well. staff provided quick and helpful service. breakfast included a wide selection of pastries. the restaurant team was very attentive to all guests.
The mini bar was not refilled daily, inconvenient! the gym equipment looked dated. the television remote did not work properly. I reported it, but nothing happened.

Excellent Stay
architectural details kind staff excellent restaurant
The architectural details throughout the hotel impressed me. The staff was always kind and attentive. The restaurant named Dovetail offered a world-class experience. The beef carpaccio there is a work of art. I really enjoyed it.
The noise from the road outside was excessive.

The room included many green plants. The room felt quiet. The shower facilities were excellent with good water pressure. The room was also very comfortable.

The hotel is located centrally. The best of the city is easily accessible from this location. This made exploring various attractions very convenient. Many places are within walking distance.

The downstairs restaurant featured fantastic service. The atmosphere in the dining area was great. The food and drinks selections were excellent. The staff were friendly and cute.

The team was friendly . The service recovery for a dinner reservation error was really good. It showed care and attention to detail.

The room had beautiful live plants (I counted four!). The water machine in the wall kept me well-hydrated.
The front desk staff was difficult to get ahold of during check-in.

good location main attraction coffee shop lobby breakfast item noise downstairs bar staff friendliness arrogant staff lacking friendliness
the location was quite good. i could easily walk to many main attractions. the coffee shop in the lobby was handy. i appreciated having quick access to breakfast items.
The noise from the bar downstairs was bothersome at night. i was on the second floor and could hear it clearly. the staff's friendliness was lacking. They seemed a bit arrogant, actually.

easy access underground station shopping districts
the location proved superb, very close to green park. this provided easy access to the underground station. i loved how close i was to shopping districts.
i noticed a little excessive noise from the road outside, during one night.
